EDIB Forum – Have your say!
Parents/Carers, we would love you to attend our next EDIB meeting on Wednesday 3rd May at 17:00. This is a great chance to share your thoughts on the things we do so we can make improvements. Families of protected characteristics are particularly encouraged to attend so we can capture a diverse range of viewpoints.
At Shrewsbury Academy we are committed to ensuring that we celebrate and nurture our community’s diversity, ensuring everyone is treated equally. We aim for all members of our community to feel a strong sense of inclusion and belonging and therefore we have begun a robust programme to embed a culture of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) – part of a four-year Marches Academy Trust strategy where we will look at every aspect of school life.
