Shrewsbury Academy’s Inaugural 5k Park Run Takeover: A Run to Remember!

What a fantastic Saturday it was for Shrewsbury Academy last weekend! Our very first 5k Park Run takeover took place in The Quarry and was a great success! Over 35 of our students laced up their running shoes, donned their SA kit and represented our school with incredible determination and enthusiasm! For many, it was their first competition, and we couldn’t be prouder as each and every one of them completed the course. Mr Dobson is now hoping to make this a regular half termly event, so keep your eyes peeled for upcoming details. The target is over 50 students next time!!!
